*shrug* - seems like they have refinery already built now via Sayona, and know how to source supply from other bits of the planet (ie: Oz...) whilst they get their ducks in a row, via SYA (Canada and Oz) and Ghana if necessary, if the Northern Carolinans really don't want a mine, and only a processing plant. However, I suspect that there may be some federal override coming in, re national security of supply (although getting it from just up the road in Canada, will probably do it).
