A few key phrases, ideas etc resonated with me. Some very discussions and balanced arguments yesterday. Some group think inevitable.

Key words/phrases: Competitive space, Just another App, Grossings while exciting represent minimal revenue, new tech comes alone, patented tech difficult to protect.

My Assumption: World Phone by Norwood Systems is the current Gold Standard in Global roam(business and pleasure traveller international phone solutions).

Essence - Communication (voice, video all data) over the internet while low cost - its quality is always at the mercy of the internet (beyond service providers control).

NOR technology accesses the best of Telco networks in country in a very smooth and easy fashion for the customer. The experience is great and the cost is low (compared to?)

A competitor may well AND WILL come along; but can only differentiate with price.

The internet in general forces marginal profit to equal marginal cost hence squeezing profits (has always been the concern about the net).
Hence to leave a margin a company either colludes or seeks a partnership with force (power).

Irrespective of Corona - World Phone app like any product has its time in the sun as eluded to yesterday.

How much time? I will stab at 3-4 months only. Which I think has worked out beautifully for NOR.
1 stable global equities markets,2 Xmas and New year - hence viral, social media exposure for World Phone at crucial time, 3Competitors will be low key this time of year, 4Money from recent cap raising to press home this advantage.

In that time they much achieve
significant growth in free downs loads, market share and brand recognition.

Armed with this power Norwood must seek a suitor for a part stake ( 20% of the CEO's comes in handy 218m shares escrowed June 2017) for the App to survive (run I will survive by Cake).

Otherwise my realistic brain says it wont- life aint like that. I love Nor but Nor must leave the nest in good shape.

I return to a belief I form a few weeks ago. The logical suitor is Apple. Apple want to be in the Android space.

I would not invest 5 c in NOR if i thought it would last 4-5months . I actually think it will be much stronger this time next year than now . Each to their own i guess .
