I read an article somewhere, in the past 6 months which indicated the American firms were missing out on a lot of deals, due to being dragged down by bureaucratic processes.
The Chinese, on the other hand, were moving quickly and snatching deals from under the noses of the Americans - who used to lead the world at this sort of thing.
When you look at who XPE has signed deals with, it seems to confirm this.
The Chinese firms are the ones doing the current deals with XPE.
