Hi Guys I've done my fair share of shovelling muck and I have thought about it. In a total full disclosure situation you leave yourself open. In a ducking and weaving situation there are also pitfalls. Although I may not have liked certain things I suspect I am about to be proved wrong and the company right. It's hard not to let emotions act.
This is the old "those who are nice to you are not necessarily your friends and those who are awful are not necessarily your enemies"!
My emotions today tell me, WM is probably more than OK. We have not been taken over, yes there has been some dilution. Given the circumstances could it have been done better? Well, possibly we will never know but that is what management is about and at the end of the day only one person can hold the rudder.
Here is hoping for cheers tomorrow.
