Aluminium now looks the upside for CSR and at least one analyst rates it best in the sector. $800 million is going into the coffers of CSR, no mean sum and worth about 53c a share.That should zero debt and make changes and expansion no problem.
The past is the past as the Chairman and board remove the shards of broken glass, masks from asbestos claims and wish they'd unloaded the building interests when Rinker Group were taken over.
Lots of hope now and I guess the next stage is to float off the Aluminium interests.
