apologies I must have missed your query. for me personally I don't think it matters. if a company was going to do a deal with us they would be doing so based on the potential for the product. Carter given the axe may have a short term detriment but ultimately in the long term I don't think it matters. it's a tricky question that I can't really answer. do holders keep him in the basis that he is the link between the deals and anything in the pipeline falls apart or do you bring in new blood? I am just not sure
