Bratt - the financial position comes down to the question around the non-current assets that hopefully someone can explain... I believe it is a projected income flat lined across a period of years (e.g. it actually hasn't been realised). But where the number comes from is beyond me. But then again I could be completely wrong...

They could obviously sell the land they have just purchased but that would be as silly as seemingly not doing anything for a year.

Any accountants out there...?
