I agree 100% with you. People also need to read that last announcement again. Disruptive technology comes to mind. The content of that announcement alone should have put the share price above 90 cents. With respect to many people. I believe once people grasp the fact that if this is successful and this is a multi billion dollar industry. The share price should rise very quickly and catch out people by surprise.
