so, when a person goes to look at a house that's a renovation project - how can they have a plan before getting into the house and inspecting how bad the structure is in?
wouldn't it be sort of common sense that they get into the house - check out what's what - then, come up with a plan?
atm - it looks like they've brought it -- without being able to see all the damage because the place is full of shit and rot from the last mob -
so first - clean up the mess --- eg. the Biloela kids and the submarine bills and the damaged relationships
when they have the place cleaned out and can see what the structure needs done - then, put in a solid plan
no idea how wacky doodle peanuts would go about it ----------------- we've seen how they work and cause the damage -
we've not ever seen how they repair and build (if they are capable)
