The reality of it is, we would probably need to raise in excess of $1000, to cover flights, accomodation, Taxi's etc.

I feel it is somewhat unfair, unworkable and unrealistic to ask for some to contribute $30 to $50 to help fund it, why others who choose not to contribute will recieve the same priveldges and information as those that do. Where is the incentive for people to contribute, when they could get it for free?
