Thanks MOG for confirming what most have suspected since MEO went into a TH and for putting the spotlight on CUE. It looks like MOG is also pissed off.

Notwithstanding this revelation I doubt that CUE will change it's mind. IMO CUE have known of the substantive issues covered by the side agreement since the details were made known in the October meeting of the farminee and the JV partners. IMO if CUE were amenable to signing the side agreement they would have communicated the sticking points and suggested amendments to all parties when they advised that they would not sign. Therefore, the ball is now in the PF's court to decide if it is prepared to proceed without CUE in the LNG project.

For CUE the outcome is uncertain bcos if Caterina does not have the goods CUE may not be able to re-enter the LNG project at all or on the same terms as are now available.

I am hopeful that we will know our fate with the PF within the next few days.
