I very much doubt that there won't be action until September! That is not the way the players behind this do business. A higher share price is their usual currency. Look for a push up very soon. Remember RIV! As long as the market doesn't tank, and I don't think it will, then a price well in excess of $3 is what they are needing to put this project on the map and keep everyone involved happy. This is absolutely achievable in the short run.
