    I too have been accumilating, these are crazy, crazy,crazy, prices !!!!, but I guess there's a lot of panic sellers out there. At the end of the day Base load electricity will be mostly gas fired and not coal fired. The country needs cleaner energy regardless of the subprime meltdown. The only available alternative is Gas, Nuclear is a long way off and oil isn't getting cheaper any day soon. !!!!
