    “Visual Evidence”?

    I don’t know how accurate this evidence you speak of is, Leap.

    I 100% agree that it a possible sign of potential Meth Use, most of the heavy users do tend to be a bit on the light side but then so are many of the homeless and those who are being crushed by the effects of higher inflation who can still just manage to keep a roof over their heads.

    Anyway, mental illness isn’t just a “poor people’s” thing nor is prescription/illicit substance abuse only something that affects the lower socioeconomic groups.

    I will wait to hear what the authorities say about what they consider to be the reasons, before I offer an opinion.
