    I agree with a some of what you have said, but the main issue we in Australia have is immigration driving rental costs up and not enough housing. I live in Brisbane and now see a lot of people living in tents. This is not a council issue or a state government issue. This is our federal government letting too many people in. We should rest the problem squarely where it belongs. There is not enough help for people with mental health problems, but they are difficult to track if they can't find or afford a permanent home, or want to live rough. People can get help if they need it, but our civil liberties are such that it is difficult to commit anyone to a program without significant evidence and in a world where community and family has being dismantled whether anyone even know.

    We can blame ourselves for voting in fools and becoming to woke to look at personal responsibility.
