    Reputation is everything in the medical profession which is inherently conservative. Therefore turning the situation around was a massive task. The fact that this current management has achieved this deserves more attention.

    I dislike it when people make generalisations based on a few 'facts' like 5 years in place, when it totally ignores the scope of the task and the context of the industry.

    Please make comments in proper context.
