    Boccione i totally agree with you 100% If you need to start a formal complaint count me in.

    Anyone who invested in this company and lost money, in my opinion have grounds for taking action.

    Read the companies announcements and also the money raised last year, these funds did not go towards La Punta Block.

    Gounds in my opinion for a investigation into misleading information to raise funds.

    What the opinion with other investors, please post your thoughts.
