I just got the forms from delisted, so now Iknow how they can do it - they get you to sign a 'declaration of trsut' which basically says you are holding the shares on trust for them until such time as they can be transferred ligitimately to them (i.e. if they ever start trading again, or I suppose if they never do then delisted.com doesnt care)
