Have you actually looked at the latest accounts for BBN, BBI, BBP, BBW and even the smaller listed and soon to be unlisted units? I have ... I have spent the better part of a week trying to understand the structure and the pain points.
I rate the disclosure in these financials as being very high quality. However, the structures are very complex.
One thing is certain ... the Aussie financial journalists DO NOT HAVE A CLUE. I would strongly advise basic first principles research on these companies ... and not to parrot silly uninformed opinion.
