re: we have oil ... perhaps 8cps worth :) Thanks Angus , the key point with Statesman , is that NEO have a 'blocking' stake , that means no-one else can take it over without dealing with NEO.
I can see either a very large cash wind-fall or some serious long-term value coming out of the Statesman investment. It is timely , because SELH has dragged the chain , mainly , imo , due to OPL's master plan of scalping more acreage in Calif before any 'bullrush / land grab ... may be too late now that NY-1 has hit paydirt ... will certainly see the 'scouts' appearing from behind the tumbleweed now .. imo :)
