In my opinion you should never, ever click on a link in an email that takes you to a page that requires you to input personal details, email address or passwords. 99.999% of emails asking you to do so are fraudulent. If you believe such an email could be for real then go to internet explorer and go to the company's web page and login from there as you normally would, not via the link.
