A contract is weaker than law, if GoG can flip flop on law, on what grounds are you critical of ETM? Plus they didn't sue GoG when they proposed to put uranium back into the Ground and amended their plans for extraction, did ETM not honour their agreement not to sue GoG, yes they did. The GoG then said that's not good enough, you can't mine the REE. That's what we are talking about here. Can you find a proof that ETM said they will not sue if GoG banned ETM from mining REE? The uranium one is your interpretation, the letter can be viewed I found it before, but it didn't come from you GBB. Where are the links and photos you promised?
