Attending to ASX listing rules, any security holder who would gain an advantage from the passing of a resolution, is not to have its votes counted. The associates of any person excluded from voting are also not to have their votes counted.

In our beloved company, should they present in the meeting the conditions proposed, we would have someone who would gain an advantage from the passing of such resolutions, and we would also have associates involved.

Oh wow, it looks like Tony Grist, Tim Grice and Ryan Legudi may all have the fingers in the same pie! But, wait a minute, aren't they directly or indirectly (through their businesses) in the top 20 list? Great news guys!
