Attending to ASX listing rules, any security holder who would gain an advantage from the passing of a resolution, is not to have its votes counted. The associates of any person excluded from voting are also not to have their votes counted.
In our beloved company, should they present in the meeting the conditions proposed, we would have someone who would gain an advantage from the passing of such resolutions, and we would also have associates involved.
Tony Grist (previous chairman and a major shareholder of SF1) is the founder and principal at Albion Capital Partners. Now just for the sake of understanding whether there is any associate, you may want to try google "Albion Capital Ryan Legudi" and click on images.
Oh wow, it looks like Tony Grist, Tim Grice and Ryan Legudi may all have the fingers in the same pie! But, wait a minute, aren't they directly or indirectly (through their businesses) in the top 20 list? Great news guys! Remember that votes of security holders and associates for any potential resolution at their advantage will not be counted! Should you be aware of any other associate involved please share with us.
