Should they apply a consolidation 45:1 you are correct about the number of shares you will be holding. At reinstatement of trading the share price would reflect the consolidation, therefore the current price of 0.003 x 45 = 0.135. So the value of your shares will remain the same:
PRE CONSOLIDATION 500,000 x 0.003 = $1,500
POST CONSOLIDATION 11,110 x 0.135 = $1,500
While the value of your shares has already considerably eroded, like any other shareholder, forcing the right conditions may see you getting back the original investment
