I seriously hope legal action is not necessary. As mentioned we are told the company is very close to being cash flow positive. We just need the company to take the current proposal off the table and replace it with a reasonable proposition that provides enough capital to get through to being cash flow positive. Many shareholders would agree to help make this happen, myself included.

Some board members are possibly being manipulated or coerced to follow the current proposal. They need to step back and see this for what it really is and then do something about it before disgruntled shareholders do. If they don’t they will pay a high price, both now, and with their reputations forever in the future. They are possibly too young to realise the implications of this. It is still not to late for them to be heroes in bringing shareholder value back to this company, the alternative will be far worse than what they expect. Step up guys and you will be supported.
