I actually said that it is still not clear who can be appointed as proxy.
The notice of general meeting states that a proxy need not be a shareholder and therefore it is not clear whether any of us could be appointed as proxy or not.
What if I get to the meeting and the votes I cast in behalf of someone ese cannot be taken into account?
