My understanding is we are into the fourth Quarter now?
Its just going to look worse for the board when they have had a "fire sale" one day and shortly after release a significant upgrade.
Lost a bit(and are about to lose a bit more I think)of credibility.
Which I am sure we will soon forget when the SP is at 70 or 80 cents.
VMS need to get some different advice on their cap raising valuations next time round.
