An older rellie was a serial heavy Ventolin/Asmol user for many years - there were drawers full of used puffers and she would ask me if I could get her puffers from rural NSW. Chemists get to know ya.

In 2016 she was prescribed Seretide (a preventer) and it had a near miraculous effect. Hardly ever used the thing after six months. Showed it to me the other day and I pointed out the box date said it was now years out of date. Needs a new script.

Always use your medication even if you feel good. Good asthma management with a Doctors care plan is vital.

People think a sudden Asthma attack cannot kill. Think again! Update scripts and an asthma management plan is my suggestion.
