REW was an absolute sham and a real worry to see anyone from that deal getting another shot at listed company australia.
I wondered even about the ethics of not disclosing the Turnbull loan to the market at the time when that deal was entered into?
PRR had a VERY LOW market cap at the time when that deal was struck. Getting a loan from Lucy would have been market sensitive & thoroughly disclosable IMHO>
The fact that it required a whopping 250% payout in the event that Lucy was not given the option to convert to equity makes it even more material IMHO. I reckon that this should have been disclosed at the time???? Is there something that I am missing here???
