Reward for effort, I would say 16 tubes.
I don't have a problem with you pushing the product. Quite the opposite. I think it's fantastic that you're taking a hands on approach. Not just as a shareholder looking after your own interests but as a pharmacist looking after his customers.
I have more of a problem with the other chemists that are doing a pathetic job of selling our product. Been to so many that either couldn't be bothered ordering it in. Or had it on the shelf but didn't know it was there or couldn't give any advice. They could learn a lot from your attitude.
PNO should consider a sales bonus scheme. You would be top of the list. Helps that you're in WA but most of it is pure effort. The stores that are complaining that they have only sold 1 tube from their order should take a good hard look at themselves.
I want to reach a stage that we need to increase capacity. Currently it was running at 10,000 tubes per month but we mentioned (2qtr ago?) getting our own manufacturing facility. Presumably that would increase capacity.
Obviously we need to sell around 30,000/month to break even. Makes sense that we need to aim at increasing our capacity to atleast 30,000 if not more.
Doogs you really need to speak to JP. Explain what you think of the product and explain how successful you have been. Then others may replicate it. Also be honest with him. Let him know any complaints. The plain box that some have complained about or the differences between batches. You are at the coal face. You CAN make change.
I applaud you.
