    Yes anie, the two cases are totally different. Westpacs issues go beyond moral/ethical though. ASIC/AUSTRAC/APRA are pursuing them for willingly enabling criminal financial activity, and breaching the Banking Act. In contrast, the ASX only has a problem with alleged reporting deficiencies by ISX.
