Dineen great post. I don't see a reason why it couldn't come out of suspension while the court case is going on. There might be some stubbornness to get it trading again though.

can we flip that question around? what is the valid reason to suspend?

From the announcements, we as shareholders still don't know? So if there is a valid reason, I as a shareholder would like to know what it is? And not just a wishywashy answer like market volatility , but a detailed answer as to the "issues concerning ISX".
