After having said that ASX 'will not guarantee confidentiality of the answers', ASX did not published the confidential information. So they did keep them confidential except for the leak. I am not sure what leak it was, if there was a leak was it regarding an email?

I have not known of large corp like ASX that do not have privacy policies. Confidential information is only available to those that 'need to know' for the purpose of conducting their duties and not leak to anyone outside the organisation. But ASX has a duty to disclose any information that affect the market. Therefore they cannot guarantee confidentiality of the answers. Again I say I dont work for ASX but just my opinion.

ISX did comply and gave ASX the answer even though forced to... for the sake of having this suspension lifted asap. Unless ISX had been counselled not to respond to any more questions but i doubt it is the case.
