Just over a week ago we had an update, 5th of December.

I am not sure there was anything that management could tell you that wasn't in the 4th lot of questions and or the federal court submission.

There is likely nothing to give an update on in my opinion. My guess would be they are still waiting on the draft findings from the ASX and that they have nothing to report on re: the federal court proceedings.

it is also possible that communications between ASX and ISX may slow down as every communication is likely to be submitted as further evidence in the federal court proceedings, so they are probably being checked and double checked by the lawyers.
