bluey what you are missing in this post is the fact that the "consensus" relates exclusively to the research findings done independently across the globe by esteemed research institutions, the reports from which were collated by UN/IPCC and it was found that 98% of the research showed clear data that confirmed the hypothesis that carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gasses are causing increased global average temperature.... not a direct quote of the hypothesis.

that is the consensus. not the opinions of 1,000 scientists all in agreement.

I've provided you with this data and links to numerous studies and validated scientific sites and you have argued the need for such genuine science. now you're finally becoming sceptical of your own beliefs and thats a good beginning.

now you need to start learning about the science you've heretofore rejected.
