If there is a capital raising it will no doubt come after they announce major roll outs with tier 1s (assuming this will happen) and I would guess the price would likely be at a slight discount to the trading price following the announcement, as per usual with placements.

If YOW, for some reason, did a placement right now they could probably do so at a decent premium, I'm sure there would be some instos that would be interested in taking a largish position at the moment but know that if they tried to buy in any volume on-market the price would shoot up in no time.

But YOW management seem pretty savvy about their placements - I think the last placement was at an amazing price considering where YOW was in its development back in March (had only just announced production had commenced - jumped on the short term price rise and rode it for all it was worth).
