Did you not read where the cop had 10 prior disciplinary warnings against his name?

I have zero compassion for the victim as he was obviously a gutter grub in society, but why didn't the cop use a tazer? or shoot out the tyres?

Of course it was excessive force, and colour has zero to do with it except in your ugly black and white world.
Why not post the case of the Muslim cop feeling threatened and shooting the Aussie/American woman, who's now up on a murder charge?
