Esra was CEO and if any issues-problems are to be accountable the decision maker and CEO is where the line is drawn.
Unfortunately Esra had all placed on her collective plate and will without question be held to answer. Lack of her experience and qualification in this Management area is I believe wrong but as CEO she is accountable for all and sundry.
Brilliant Scientist placed in such a position is like placing a leading Management Leader in charge of a Scientific laboratory - Who's at fault?
