I honestly don't know. I've never considered such as criminals - nuts yes, peanuts, often.
There's those who walk among us who are just plain nutters - and, I've no idea what a society can do about them - without going to some sort of draconian measures.
No matter how advanced a society is and the quality of services - there's always a percentage - more I assume in uneducated societies, but, even in what one would call developed societies - there's still a cohort.
if the reports are true - then, that pair are in the seriously deluded peanut section - waiting about for resurrection.
that they should have somehow been able to breed, made to vote by law and allowed to drive - well - ????????? what can one say.
I've always been forgiving of people making mistakes, of also being dumb - but, there's a point where when it's so glaringly obviously illogical, ignorant etc. -------- it leaves me very confused.
