Management should be having second thoughts on the palcement holders for not supporting the stock. I also feel that they aren't too pleased with their investment behind down 30%. In one way it serves those placement holders right BUT the dirty was done on us. VMS management should have announced the placement holding at 50c and then.....
No need for meeting, just a need for proper investors to be brought in and lift VMS to the 50c level where it deserves to be.
