well guys I just got a response from the ASX in regards our complaints of price manipulation, below is the response, looks like they have contacted the relevent broker to put a stop to it.
thank you for your email regarding trading in Excalibur Mining Corporation Limited (EXM). ASX notes the trading you refer to and have made contact with a broker of interest. Much of the information ASX collects is confidential and ASX is unable to provide you with findings from any investigations carried out in this matter as it may compromise any subsequent regulatory action that may be required.
