could just be part of the pump and dump by the owner of the big order, now moved to 15.5 up .5c, he/she's knocked a couple of mill shares off that order by doing that, if he/she's now selling in the 16 to 16.5/17c range, ddepending on how many are moved could be a profitable pump and dump. But could also be a deal about to be announced, just dont trust an order this big sitting there for everyone to see.
