@Android789 You're putting the cart waay before the horse my friend, and the answer to your question is because they haven't got any official Resource numbers on the project yet. And until they do, then it's practically impossible to value any of it, and it stays as an exploration target.
Resources can also sit on a company's books for an eternity, but if none of it can be mined profitability, then there is zero Reserve, zero profit and no project. It happens all the time.
It sounds harsh, but that's how the game works unfortunately. Time will tell how this pans out.
