Today's CBA outage is just further proof that we need to keep cash in circulation. Imagine being embarrassed at the grocery checkout or filling up your tank and not being able to pay. Impending electrical grid outages will have the same effect. But it is far worse than this if you look to the future.
We all know that going digital is all about control. The plan is to have us all confined to 15 minute cities. Whatever you need will be with 15 minutes reach. So no movement beyond your centralised designated area. No visits to rural areas or holidays.
How will they control this? Social credit scores like China? It will be controlled with a digital currency. They will control you by not allowing you to spend your money outside of your designated zone.
Ignorance is strength. You will have nothing and you will be happy.
