Yes Prime, I agree. In reality the Scoping Study is actually already complete. Syrah will already have a report in final form and can use it for whatever internal purposes it chooses, as long as it doesn't go public with the outcome.
So one would imagine they are already moving intensively with the early stages of a Feasibility Study. I would be surprised if this is not in the quarterly.
Production in late 2014 you say? I doubt it myself. 2015 more likely. Numerous hurdles to jump - mining lease, EIA, detailed engineering, 12 months for construction - I see 2015 easy.
