1. Clarification on what tax EQN will pay. I believe this is causing most of the pain for the share price at present. If they are liable for the new, full tax rate, it significantly devalues the company. The market needs to know what tax rate to use when attempting to value Equinox.
2. Our UFS! For a long time it was promised for Q1 2008, then recently it was changed to Q2. I believe it's due at the end of this month, but who knows, there could be more delays.
The UFS is important as it will be a way of valuing their Uranium assets. Most just see Uranium as a bonus at this point in time and don't really assign any value to it, but the UFS will give a clear indication of what the Uranium is worth to EQN and I believe it will provide a nice boost for the share price.
