Don’t people get it, the reason AVZ hasn’t appointed a new Chairman for several months is possibly because takeover negotiations have been going on for several months.

AVZ would only need a new Chairman if it was going to the next phase ie. development. Failure to appoint a chairman means...

Your inference is baseless Garbage ...... if the BOD are in negotiations re takeover and have not officially announced it then they are in so much shite it doesn’t bare thinking about
