We NEED a new Chairman., page-40

I called the company last week and spoke to Leonard Math Company Secretary. I specifically asked about the chairman and got the same response as when I asked 3 months ago. A chairman has been agreed by the board and accepted by the applicant. however the start date yet to be agreed due to the in coming chairman's personal commitments. To be honest I smell bullshit on this, just doesn't make sense that after 3 or more months you can't agree on a date to start, why bother agreeing in the first place if you clearly can't commit?
