The management here is looking for a chairman role. It was discussed at AGM. It is not a surprise since Klaus left.

AVZ needs a Chairman who has top mining and corporate experience to give confidence in the direction of this company.

I respect what he has done for defining. But now what’s lacking is a team to take the next step.
